Pegboard Trays

I needed a set of pegboard trays to use on 3/16" perforated hardboard as well as inside my Husky Heavy Duty garage cabinets. I designed a set of trays that work in the steel cabinets or on perforated hardboard.

These trays are printed in two parts, pegs and trays, and assembled with super glue:

• 2, 3, 4, and 5 peg strip
• 5 tray sizes
  • 3" x 2" x 2" (75 x 50 x 50mm)
  • 3" x 3" x 2" (75 x 75 x 50mm)
  • 6" x 2" x 2" (150 x 50 x 50mm)
  • 6" x 3" x 2" (150 x 50 x 50mm)
  • 8" x 4" x 2" (200 x 100 x 50mm)
• bushings for mounting pegboard on the wall with a 3/16" lag screw

I designed the trays in Fusion 360 using parametric modeling. Message me if you need a size you don't see here: length (along the peg board), width (from the pegboard), and height.
