You can choose between the voxel based face plate, made to be as faithful to the original as possible, OR the perfect circle face plate. Each prints quickly, and the same settings apply for both.
Crafting Instructions:
Print the outer cover of your choice face-up with support material enabled. Use ironing for better look.
Print the clock face face-down. Support material is optional.
Shove a 6mm x 3mm magnet in the clock face and place it on your motor. (may add or substitute magnet with something sticky)
Then use some double sided tape or Blu-Tak/Fun-Tak to adhere the outer face to the motor's case.
Make it Authentic (optional):
If you have black and gold filament, you can print both parts starting with black, then color-change to gold at Z=1.0mm for the effect seen in the photos above.
Use blue painters tape for the sky around the sun and silver Sharpie on the moon.
