VW Golf MK7 Rear Trunk Cargo Hook

Cargo Hooks for the rear trunk of an Volkswagen Golf MK7. Because the original "cargo hook" didn't secure literally anything, I made my own cargo hooks. Now your groceries wouldn't fly all over the cargo area.

There are two versions which are marked on the backside with "H" or "F". Hook type H is only for the mounting position near the taillights and hook type F is meant to be attached to the mounting position near the backseat. But Type F will fit both mounting positions.

I used the same clip design like the original part and it worked well. You may have to play a little bit with the amount of infill and infill type.

Printing instructions:

Material: PETG (PLA will get soft on hot summer days)

Infill: 50%

Number of perimeter: 2

Layer hight: 0.2

Orientation on the printbed: lying on one side (to ensure the best layer strenght possible)

Support: Yes, approx. 50%

Print bed adhesion: Use brim

I suggest to mirror the parts in your slicer software, so can have the good looking top surface on both sides pointing towards you (and both "ugly" print bed sides are hidden on the rear side).
