Description
2023-03-16: Added new version for handlebar diameter 25.4 mm, as requested (offset 21 and 22 mm).
2020-11-24: Added new version with 5.0 mm offset, as requested. And changed file names according to screenshot (20/21/22 mm).
I just made a new version of my SIGMA Bike Computer Mount, which I initially made some time ago. The new version is made from scratch and has some improvements, like orientation of the bike computer and stability.
There are some versions with different offsets, too. Now you can match the position to your specific stem with (40 / 42 / 44 mm) and make sure, your bike computer is centered.
The mounting diameter fits for handlebars with 31.8 mm mounting diameter.
You will need following parts in addition:
1x Socket Head Cap Screw M4x12 (ISO 4762)
1x Nut M4 (ISO 4032)
And you have to re-use the original black plastic mounting frame, which comes standard with your SIGMA Bike Computer. Use the four original screws to mount the black plastic frame on your 3D-printed part.
Material: PETG (PLA will get soft in summer!)
