ALNO cooker hood replacement rail

I have an old ALNO kitchen. The panel of the cooker falls down because the rails are completely disconnected from it. So I created a 3D model in order to replace them. The pannel was originally held by plastic rivets end I think that my model, printed with PLA and settled with screws, is definitely more reliable.

I hope the design might be useful to someone else.

Notes

• The model is designed to be printed with layer height of 0.3 mm.
• Set perimeter at 100 (is the same as infill 100% but stronger for lines direction).
• Each rail is divided in two pieces to be printed in a common (20x20cm base) printer and the alignment (while gluing) is obtained with a piece of 1.75mm filament in the little holes.
• 8 bolts and nuts are needed. I used m4x10 (they were a little bit too long, I had to cut them later).
