mini Satsana - A Compact Fan Duct for Creality Printers

What is this?

mini Satsana is a remixed version of the very popular Satsana fan duct, which aims to reduce unnecessary weight and size. No supports are required, and there's clearance for the Micro Swiss Direct Drive kit.

Print settings

The duct should be printed in ABS or PETG, however PLA may be fine temporarily. Supports aren't required, but using supports may improve print quality. More walls/perimeters and and higher infill should be used for the BLTouch mount for more rigidity.

Remix for your needs!

Use the included .step file if there's something you're missing. Consider uploading your remix for others to use. You can also check if there's a remix that fits your needs already. More remixes may be available on Thingiverse.

Compatibility

Compatible with the Creality Ender-3/CR-10, and the Elegoo Neptune 2 as well as options for either a single or dual 4010 blower fan for part cooling. Also supports the BLTouch probe.

Ender-3/CR-10 (Not compatible with Ender 3 V2)

mS_Ender_Single_4010 - Single 4010 fan

• mS_Mount_Clip - (Optional) Inspired by the Hero Me; holds the duct more securely, though I don't think it's really needed

Neptune 2

• mS_BLTouch - Mount on lower two front fan holes
  • Probe offset: { 0, -46, 0 }
  • Y offset can range from -46 to -48 depending on fan thickness
