Description
Purpose
Replacement for broken radiator covers.
Simple snap on assembly on radiator.
Printing
Recommended materiel: PETG
Prints without support.
Assembly
[1] Print the parts.
For one radiator you need
2x cover
4x fixation
[2] Assemble the caps
No glueing required.
Firmly push the snap-on-holder-parts dovetail completely into the groove of the cap.
It is quite a tight fit, but with numerous prints I had no issues with broken parts.
This only is a one time assembly as the parts keep connected firmly.
[3] Assemble to radiator
Pull off the old/broken radiator cap.
Snap on the assembled replacement in place of the old cap.
