Installation of filament guides

1. Cover the area of the guides with adhesive tape
2. Draw the middle of the box for the first guide
3. Use the inner Part of the filament Guide as template to mark drilling positions
4. Use a Ø5mm drill for the screw drillings and a Ø10mm drill for the opening of the PTFE Tube. Press a block of wood against the wall of the box from the inside while drilling
5. Mount the Inner and outer Part of the Filament with M4x10 Screws and Nuts 
6. Pull the PTFE tube through the opening
7. Attach the two outer guides according to the same principle

Assembling the single filament roller

Take Cover T1. Put the two bearings on the axles. Place cover T2 on top of cover T1. Screw this Parts together (M4x20 and M4 Nuts)

Assembling the double filament roller

1. Take Cover T1. Put the two bearings on the axles. Use Part T1a and T1b to cover the bearings.
2. Take Cover T2. Put the two bearings on the axles. Use Part T2a and T2b to cover the bearings
3. Put the two Filament Roller together. Use the Screws M4x35 (4x) and M4(4x) for assembling.

Now you can insert the filament rollers with the spacers into the box..

and close the box
