Anderson Powerpole Panel Mounts

These printable brackets allow you to panel mount Anderson Powerpole connectors in various configurations - from a simple 2x1 configuration (red/black power), to an 8x2 block (for what purpose, I have no idea, but if you need it, here it is!)

Each mount consists of two pieces - a surround and an end. The surround provides support via both end rails as well as central “rods” that extend fully across the panel opening and anchor the surround to the end.

Just print the surround that will work for your connector configuration and print the corresponding end.

The mounting holes will accept M3 or #4 hardware.

I generally print these at 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters and modest infill. Tolerances are pretty tight - if you get any elephants foot, the parts might not fit together without some filing.
