Overseas version of Shirakami Fubuki's mascot character Sukon-bu (Su-Corns) for foreign viewers. The main difference between the two mascots is the cloth around the neck: Japan viewers have scarves while Overseas don a bow. This version also is much simpler to my last figurine and appears bigger as a result.
