Anycubic Chiron OEM Probe Mount for E3D Supervolcano Hotend

Here is an extended mounting bracket for the factory bed-levelling probe for the Anycubic Chiron, designed to be used with the E3D Supervolcano Hotend.

You will have to extend the wires to reach the original plug-in. You can cut and insert new wire, or if you want to crimp a new connector, it is a JST-PH 2.0mm pitch connector.

The screw holes to hold the metal bracket on the bottom were designed to have a M3x4x5 knurled brass female threaded insert heated into them.

This was designed in Solidworks 2020-2021 Student License Edition. I included the Solidworks part file in case anyone would like to make any changes. I also included the part as an AP203 and AP214 STEP file and an IGES file for those not using Solidworks. Please modify to your hearts content, just give credit where due. Thanks!

I'm looking forward to trying out the Supervolcano hotend since it can print 11x the volumetric rate of a "normal" hotend. On a big printer, like the Chiron, it is a game-changer.

It seems to be quite difficult to find things for the Chiron, so hopefully this helps get you up and running with the factory probe!
