Description
Here's a slightly wider, but less taller version of the form that also works without supports, and came out rather well. This uses 1.6mm walls in most places. Use bridging settings at the top and lightning infill. My old Ender 3 V2 could pull it off. I think an MMU system would be even better for something like this (PLA supports, TPU shell), but I don't have one yet. Current aim is still to make something that is parameterized and easy to print.
This model uses some attempts at bridging to make it a support-free print! In Cura, print with 1.2 mm wall thickness (3 walls), and with bridging settings on.
I think there's a better design out there that can be made, but I'm still learning!
The photos attached are of the failed prototypes, but they are still functional My goal here is to make forms that are easy to make for anyone, anytime.
