Sequre SQ-D60 Soldering iron stand

The stand needs an M15 washer (2.6mm thick and 28mm OD). It is best to glue it with epoxy. The slot for it is slightly deeper than required so there's some room for adjustment. I also made small slots with a Dremel on both sides of the washer to give the glue something to 'hold' on to. I guess you could also do it with a hacksaw if you don't own a Dremel.

Hot glue works great for securing it in place. I also put some heavy washers inside it to weight the whole stand down a bit.

The stand also has room for an xt60 to usb-c adapter and for a spare tip. You will need a 10mm aluminium tube for the tip holder. It's there so you can hot-swap :). I also included a version of the stand with no additional slots and one with the tip holder only.

I didn't put much thought into the xt-60 adapter. I use it on the go with a regular usb-c to c cable and a lipo battery. To make it, I soldered two wires into a bare usb-c port and buried it in hot glue in the printed adapter. Then soldered the wires to an xt60, glued it onto the casing and put a heat-shrink over the whole thing.

A .step file with a detailed model of the soldering iron is included so feel free to modify it if you need some changes.
