Description
This is a rather specific one but maybe someone could find it useful. It's a DIN rail mount for the ADP305 diff-probe for LeCroy oscilloscopes. I guess I'll adapt it to fit other diff-probes or similar shaped gadgets as well someday; if you have any suggestions I'd like to hear them.
I split it up in 3 parts to avoid excessive use of support and to make a cleaner print. Unfortunately there's 2 screws (M2,5 x 20) and a tiny amount of glue involved which doesn't qualify it for a graceful design.
Printer:
Intamsys FunmatHT
Rafts:
No
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0,1mm
Infill:
100%
Filament:
Polymaker PCtransparent/black
Notes:
To have a better view at the mechanism I decided to print it in translucent polycarbonate; it's also very flexible which makes it easier to install the snap-in thingy. But any PETG or maybe even PLA should be fine too.
The main part and the snap-in-thingy need a bit support for angles >88%.License:
