😎 Party fun "nerd" glasses with interchangable lenses (choose your own pattern)

Info:

• I remodelled original “nerd glasses” from @Miguel (thanks for the model!)
• the nose area is more comfortable
• temple hinges are robust, with usage of piece of 1.75 filement as a “screw”
  • UPDATE: i created also temples more angled, so it better holds behind the ears: enhanced temples
• lenses are:
  • interchangable
  • you can print your own pattern using different infill pattern and percentage (see 3mf)

Print instructions:

• glasses body + temples:
  • recommending PETG for flexibility (you know how many glasses you broke right?)
  • increased infill - like 50%
  • 3 perimeters
• temples:
  • test the length first to choose the right that fits your head
  • use mirror in slicer to print the other one to the pair (or use 3mf or gcode)
  • or use more angled temples: enhanced temples
• lens patterns:
  • 0 top and bottom layers
  • see 3mf file
    • choose your infill pattern and infill percentage for different look
  • PLA can be used

Assembly:

• use short 1.75 filament piece and insert it into hinge
  • if filament is too loose, you can increase both ends sizes for example with putting something hot on to it, so it melts partially and creates larger heads
  • or glue one end to the hinge
• insert lenses
  • it should be little tight to insert (so glasses holds them nicely)
