HEVO - Dexter`s Lab - Direct Drive

HI there :)

I just build my HEVO, with some custom parts.

But i want to add a simple direct drive on it.

This type of direct drive is for any type of HEVO that uses interchangeable X Carriage.

It is designed specifically for my case - and uses pancake stepper motor 17hs08-1004s, and mostly based on ENDER 3 plastic extruder.

I`m adding some space between the hot end and extruder for a coupler, because in my case i used e3dv6 clone with a coupler and i thought it will be a good idea to put a short PTFE tube as close as possible to the extruder gears.

NOTE!!! If you are using original X carriage by SCOTT_3D, you need to use the original fan duct by semeivan.

I added 2 types of carriage - one with optical end stops and one with normal "click" end stops.

Also added some thread to the extruder arm for a coupler, so i can add ptfe tube to it directly and zip tie all cables to it.

UPDATE****

Rework on extruder arm, it had clearance issues.

Tested with nema 17 HS8401S (bigger motor) working ok.
