Hammerhead Karoo2 Mount Clamp

A few months ago the clamp of my Hammerhead Karoo2 mount broke.

Without being able to find spares to purchase, I measured it and whipped up a replacement.

~I have printed mine in PETG, which gives it a nice springiness and should resist the elements well.~

The PETG version didn't hold very well. It worked for a city ride but I'm not sure how it would fare in worse terrain. I have now printed it in ASA (ABS should work about the same) and it's much better. It doesn't click when it snaps but it stays in place well.

Although it doesn't feel as stiff as the original, it snaps nicely and the unit doesn't move or rattle.

I have included a STEP file and the Fusion3D model.

I used M3x3 inserts for the screws, lodged into place using a hot soldering iron.
