MW RS-15-5 3030 Case

I needed additional 5V for an Raspberry Pi running Klipper on my Caribou3D build.

This case fits an MW RS-15-5 power supply and this type of power connector I had lying around.

(There's a hole in the upper corner to route the 5v cables out of the case and in the extrusion.)
