Micro-Compact Enclosure for RileyLink

Micro-compact enclosure for RileyLink, a Bluetooth bridge so that an iPhone can talk to a Medtronic insulin pump using the Loop app:

This enclosure is designed to be as small as possible, and to have the antenna visible for the best possible range.

For flush mounting, the cover is best secured with an M2-0.4 flat-head screw of between 6mm and 12mm in length..

Note that the battery wires should go through the small cutout in the edge of the board.

Once the cover is in place, start inserting the screw. Before the final turn of the screwdriver, press down on the top to seat it. Be very careful to not make the screw too tight, as it may strip the plastic easily.
