Description
Decided to make a rocket, couldn't find a good spin rocket so I made one.. I haven't launched it yet.. It should work. Uses Estes 18mm B or C engines. Entire rocket with C6-5 weighs in at 3 oz and stands at 510mm (1'9+")
Still a work in progress, the lugs need to be slightly enlarged to fit the 3/16th rods
will upload a video of it flying
This thing should REALLY SPIN FAST
Update
enlarged the ID of the launch lugs to fit better
decreased the diameter of the connector on the nosecone for a looser fit.

Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
.3
Infill:
20%
Notes:
No Rafts, but I print them with a brim to help with plate adhesion
Print the nose cone flat side downPrint the bottom, fins up
Print the middle section with the connector bushing up
After printing, sand the parts to attain correct fit. The nose cone needs to be loose and the middle section needs to be glued to the bottom section. You will need 1.5' of elastic shock cord to attach the nose cone to the anchor loop printed inside the middle section. also requires a 12" parachute which can be purchased or made from trash bag material, dental floss and packing tape (google it!)
