Y Axis

Improved Y Axis for 3030 Alu Extrusion Frames. Provides rigid Y belt anchoring and low profile for rods attachment to avoid collisions with bed levelling screws.

Increase height of the Y carriage from the bearings (washers or longer M4 screws with an extra nut as a spacer)

Drill/Acu electric screwdriver with 6 mm, 3 mm (and 2,5 mm) drill bits may be needed for adjustments (holes for mounting to frame, for mounting the Y motor and slot in BeltAttachmentBody for BeltAttachmentPart to slide more easily)

Needed:

• 4x Zip-tie 3,5 mm wide
• 9x M6 short screw - 15 mm (for mounting to the alu extrusion)
• 9x M6 T block square nuts
• 1x M6 hex head long screw - 40 mm (to insert into Y_BeltAttachmentPart)
• 1x M6 hex nut (for Y_TensioningKnob)
• 1x M3 long screw - 20 mm (for pulley)
• 4x M3 short screw - 15 mm (to mount the motor)
• 1x M3 nut
• 1x GT2 Idler Pulley 16T W6 B3
• 1x GT2 Timing Pulley Bore 5 mm, 16T 
• + M3, M6 washers/spacers
