Description
The front caster wheel of my RV750N keeps breaking. The caster wheel body is the weak link. The old spindle must be removed from the broken wheel body and pressed/glued into the new part. The wheel and axle snaps into place in the slots from the new part.
Printed in PLA at 0.24mm layer height with adaptive layers wheel side down. Supports should be enabled on the build plate.
Assembly tip, press/hammer in the spindle prior to removing the support material to prevent the parts cracking. A little dot of of cyanoacrylate glue should hold it in place.
