Description

I made this to try and keep my Ramps 1.4 cool, and keep the debris from the cnc out.
Wire management should be easy and provide for better cooling of the drivers. Lcd header and wires still fit.

The ramps set gets snapped into place, put the board in wire management side first, flex the base open a bit and snap the other side in. Slide the board down and into place.

Connect all the wires and use the last hole for a cable tie to keep them secure.

The main cover gets snapped in about 2 inches high then slid down to seal. The 40mm fan gets slid into place and wires pulled through before seating it all the way. Then the fan cover gets slid into place. No screws are needed other than to hang it.

Printed with no support, 2 perimeters. Check your gcode before printing some settings cause a hollow walled case, like a spiral vase, that is not ideal. You will need 171mm of Z print height. Mount holes are 32mm apart.
