MX Master mouse dock (Fits MX Master and MX Master 2S)

I grabbed the original cable dock file from thingiverse, but it had no easy way to secure easily on my desk. So I added the thin front portion to friction mount it under a mouse mat, or desk pad. I tried a few versions with different heights to allow it to slide under the desk/mouse pad and provide a decent docking action.
You may need to adjust the height of the front friction portion to get it to fit perfectly on your own deskpad, but most have some spongy/give that should let it work out of the box.
I also made the front pad 0.5mm thick, so it will allow shimming with paper or anything else thin to adjust the height without re-printing!
Tested with Original MX Master, and MX Master 2S, using the original cable provided with the mice.
