4010 Fan DIN Mount

Based on the ingenious design by [jwags55](https://www.thingiverse.com/jwags55). This remix is designed to fit standard 4010 fans (with or without built-in nut traps). It should be a tight fit on 35mm DIN Rails and hold the fan securely. Use 2-4 M3 16mm Bolts and nuts to secure the fan to the mount. *Note: It's really easy for me to tune the parameters so if it's too loose/tight let me know in the comments and I can make some adjustments.*
