Mesa card DIN rail adapter

Adapts from a generic DIN rail clip (three holes in a line, 0.5"/12.7mm spacing) to Mesa interface cards for my CNC machine conversion (94mm hole spacing).

Prints without supports but needs bridging on the top, the best solution I found was to use only 1 or 2 vertical shells/perimeters, which forces the bridging start/end points to be anchored better in PrusaSlicer. YMMV with other slicers.
