Description
Props show the emitter head and middle part, Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_4_emitter_4, rotates.
Did a quick part sketch using Prusa Slicer cylinders. This is why you have to open the 3mf file so the negative volumes will create the holes in the Peg Bottom Piece and the Washer.
Quick instructions:
Make sure all parts fit before gluing.
Glue Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_5_emitter_5 to Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_6_emitter_6
Glue #5/#6 AND new Peg Bottom Piece onto the gun body.
Glue Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_3_emitter_3 to Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_4_emitter_4
Slide #3/#4 onto the peg, do not glue.
Insert new Peg Top Piece into Washer then into the Peg Bottom Piece Shaft. There is 1mm of free space to allow the Peg Top Piece to slide all the in. You will then glue the peg into the shaft. Do not get glue on the outside that would prevent #3/#4 from rotating.
Glue the emitter head onto the new Washer piece . Do not get glue onto the Peg Top Piece because that will stop it from rotating.
At this point you will have 3 parts. Put all parts together gluing the Peg Top Piece into the shaft of the Peg Bottom piece. Be careful not to get glue on the outside parts that you want to be able to rotate freely.
