You do not necessarily have to moisten your hands before holding soap, because it also works the other way around. This soap rasp is the right tool for this. 
Actually I wanted to show all this in the video, but unfortunately the upload is limited.

Just rasp some soap in your hand and then hold it under the tap. The soap always remains already in shape and does not become slippery and muddy. 
You can also dose the amount exactly. 

The rasp is designed to snap into the holder and fit tightly. It can be easily clicked out and cleaned if necessary. The holder is designed to be easy to grip and the grated soap falls directly into the hand

Of course, you can also use the whole thing as a normal soap holder. The wetness then flows off downwards without any problems.

I printed it in PETG, with 3 perimeter and 15% infill. The holder needs a raft or brim! The rasp is printed on a ender3 with 0.12 layerhight, the holder on a CR 10s pro with 0.2 layerhight. Designed in Shapr3D.
