Description
This is a quick print in PLA or any material, 0.2mm is plenty fine enough to capture the details.
My hand router is a Ryobi branded P601VN, part of their ONE+ 18V line of battery powered hand tools. The polycarbonate foot is 6mm deep and 90 mm square, which is pretty close to the same size and format across other brands of similar hand routers.
Two alternate models are offered. One has just the plain protective cover, and the other includes a vertical clip that holds the collet wrench accessory which came with your Ryobi hand router. The plain protective cover should be easy to remix/modify for other brands or models of router tools. The cover has a little bit of depth below the cutting area so that you might not have to remove your favorite bit from the collet.
On the version with the wrench holder, there are holes which accept 4mm*4mm cylindrical magnets (or double up on 4mm*2mm ones). Press them into the material using a vice and the holes should have a good tight permanent fit. Magnets are optional, the clip should be able to hold the wrench pretty well, but most plastics will lose the clippy grip strength over many insertion cycles.
