Miniature Legion 5 Gaming Laptop (1/4 scale)

Print with 0.1mm layer height to get a cleaner look.

Tolerances around the hinge are tight so you may need a hobby knife or some sandpaper to trim down the hinge components to fit. 

Supports are not required and I have included 4 stickers that can be glued onto the lid with some glue stick to act as the display. 

I recommend printing this in a black plastic. (I only had white pla)

STEP files are also included if you wish to modify it.

Materials I used:

• Superglue
• Gluestick
• Small paperclip (~.75mm)
• 2d printer (optional)
• Hobby Knife
• Fine Sandpaper

Assembly instructions:

• Glue “Bottom Panel.stl” to the bottom of “Body.stl” (refer to images for detail)
• Glue “Hinge.stl” into the holes above the keyboard
• Glue “Feet.stl” into the holes in the bottom of “Body.stl”
• Position “Lid.stl” over the hinges
• Insert paperclips and trim off excess with flush shears (wear eye protection)
• Put a drop of superglue over the exposed end of the paperclip to hold it in place (optional)
• Glue on screen stickers (with glue stick)
