Rowenta Air Force 360 brush replacement gear pieces

17/01/2023: added a second .stl model for the metal part connected to the gear. The pin that inserts into the bearing seems to be fragile.

14/02/2023: added a v2 of the gear 2 model. Seems to be free of alignement problems of the previous iteration and work fine printed in PLA.

Replacement gear for the Rowenta Air Force 360 vacuum cleaner brush.

A little effort may be needed to fit the bearing into the gear socket.

Technically you can print it in any material but PLA won't last very long due to heat. 
PETG lasted 1 month in my experience which could be “fine enough”.

I've had the best results with Prusament PC blend, it has been lasting for several months.

It may be possible to print replacement for metal part in PLA but being a mechanical part, i'd suggest less brittle filaments like PETG or PC blend.

If you need to replace bearings look for 4x9x4 one (inner diameter - outer diameter - height in mm).
