Seed Sorter

Seed sorter with 5 funnels where you can attach little plastic bags to store the sorted seeds in. 

A friend of me grows a lot o chilis and he asked me to create this sorter.

The plastic bags should be held with little rubber rings. The funnels have a small edge on the end to secure the bags better in place below the funnel.
 

The seed sorter is supposed to be attached to a table with the 2 clamps.

The inner clamp size is 60mm and should fit to most tables.

You will find 3 different screw lengths included with 80, 60, 40mm threads.

The parts were tried to create to keep the amount of needed support as low as possible. Therefore the edge around the sorting plate is not direct attached. It has to be placed on top of the plate and then secured in place with the clamps. Mounting this should be an easy task and also allows to clean the plate better without the edge.

Printing instructions:

• Speed 0.2 profile with skirt set to off and a 5mm brim turned on
• See pictures for orientation and support settings of the parts
• Support settings:
  • Plate: Set on from the build plate
  • Edge with clamps: Supports painted under the inner square of the screw holes
  • Screws: No supports or brim needed
