The QR code will bring you to OctoEverywhere - Dashboard.
The code plate is made for housing a 8x3mm magnet like this: FEYG Magneti Neodimio, Mini Magneti Neodimio Rare Terra 8 x 3 mm Modelli Craft DIY Personalizzato Multiuso per Porta frigo Lavagna Bianca Mappa Magnetica : Amazon.it: Cancelleria e prodotti per ufficio.
The code can be a bit tricky to print (especially the little logos) due to the size of it, but in my case I had no problems with my mk3s.
The magnet and the logos will need to be glued in place.
