Description
Parts to Print: 2 Fan Side, 2 Fan Side Rear, 1 Fan Center, 1 Fan Center Rear, 2 Fan Grill Front, 2 Fan Grill Rear, 1 Washers.
I also added an optional Base if you only want to use 1 fan
Some light sanding may be required depending on your printer.

I used M4x50mm screws/nuts for mounting the fans and M5x16 screws on center rear lid.
