Small Stackable Multi Tray

A 3D printable tray with 4 seperate sections. The tray keeps different screws or other small items organized and safe while disassembling or assembling a model. The tray is designed to be stackable and easy to stow away.

The picture above illustrates the tray with M2 - 8mm screws.

The tray consists of… 

• 3 hexagonal shaped trays measuring 34mm from edge to edge
• 1 trapeze shaped tray measuring ~16x24mm

and has a volume of 105.4 x 56 x 10.8mm (L x W x H).

• Infill: 15-20% Gyroid
• Perimeters: 2-3
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Supports: none

Inspiration

The layout of the tray as well as the stacking mechanism is inspired from this Model by Squirrelbrain. I needed something smaller to hold small screws varying from M2 - M5 so I recreated one from scratch.
