Chaco Chillos Slide strap fix

Purchased these chaco sandals a few short months ago:

I was aware of the several bad reviews stating the sandal would fail at the part where the sole connects to the strap, but ive always had good luck with other style chaco sandals in the past so i took a gamble.

Unfortunately, just 3 months after purchasing these, they failed in the exact same way others mentioned in multiple reviews.

I was frustrated that they failed, but extra frustrated because i loved how comfortable they were when they were together. So i decided to try to make a fix to keep wearing them.

This fix was a bit tricky to print. I ended up printing it at about a 45 degree angle to the bed (with the thin sections vertical) with supports, and its been working well so far. I then used a heavy-duty gorilla glue to glue it to the shoe.
