Grid Fin Soap Dish - SpaceX Falcon 9 Style

A soap dish inspired by the SpaceX Falcon 9 grid fins.

This is my take on the Falcon 9 grid fin, simplified and modeled into the shape of a soap dish.

Designed to be a quick and simple print with no supports needed as the 2 parts just slot together. The grid fin is suspended by a simple tray with a discrete lip to allow water to drain away from your soap.

If you do not wish to subject your soap to the spikes of the grid fin then you can simply reverse the tray the other way up to provide a smoother flatter surface for the soap to sit on.

The soap dish is designed for easy cleaning and can be printed in various different colours to suit your preference.

Sized to fit on most sinks or baths and has a discrete lip to allow water to drain back into your sink or bath.

Will print best at a low layer height such as 0.10 or 0.12mm, have test printed at a layer height of 0.20mm without issues but the print is not as clean.
