Dual gear extruder direct mount with BL Touch mount

I have a MicroSwiss hotend, a dual gear extruder and a BL touch on my Ender 3 Pro. I had already converted to direct using the mount re-mixed here but it involved significant cutting and shaping. I blended these two mounts together in Shapr3D and printed in PETG.

You will need to add spacers under the BL Touch to adjust this to your hotend.

This is a PITA to print. I basically printed it standing up-right (same position it's mounted in) with support on the build-plate. This gave me the best result. Make sure your support settings are dialed in to ease clean-up.
