Description
Have you gone to load a roll of filament and thought, “wait? what was the last material I printed? How hot and how much should I purge this so I don't get a clog in the nozzle?” After getting a clog from switching between PETG to PLA I have, so I made this to remind myself what I last used.
You'll need to print the Base Plate (019-001-001) and your preferred method of mounting the sign. If you want to clip it to the top of the Prusa i3 frame, you'll want to print two of the “Clips” (019-001-004 – these are sized for my mk3S+, but will likely fit other frames that are ~¼" thick). If you have an enclosure and the filament feed may catch on the sign at this location (like I found out about mine after making these clips), you'll want to print two of the Table Stand Inserts (019-001-005); these can insert either way up for two different angles of lean back on the table surface.
You'll also want to print off whatever placards you need for the material(s) you print with, I made .STL files for the material names (with nozzle temperatures) for all the materials listed in the Prusa i3 Mk3S+ warmup menu. I understand you may print with your profile at a different temperature, so I included a blank placard (019-001-014) that you're welcome to modify for whaterver material you print.
