Clock Magnet Fridge Whiteboard Kids Timetable time

Some days ago I wanted to design a Whiteboard or fridge magnet to display the time. Primary to help my kids understand the daily rutine. But I didn´t want to do it yet.

Then prusa came up with a small contest :) So I created my Idea with a first prototype.

It worked right out of the box as intended and I was very happy. It works like a fidget spinner but holds the set time too.

Print instructions: I printed it with 0,15 mm tolerances but needed to wiggle it free for 1 minute or so :) If you have problems with tight tolerances use the 0,2 mm Version ,-) And if you get the clock turning but even after a little time it rolls not smooth: put a tiny drop of oil into the gap between the two parts.

Layer Hight used: 0,2 mm (but finer will work too), infill 15%

I printed the last 2 layers with another filament color to make the highlights more visible. But you may also paint the upper layer with a permanent marker.

Also I used Magnets 5 mm long with a 4 mm diameter. 

If you like this model please comment your desired dimensions in the comment section and I will create this version for other magnets. Also I can make them embedded. (Mine are a simple pressfit)

Also I upgraded the thickness of the ClockMagnet from 6 mm to 8 mm after making the fotos ,-)
