Description
I entered last competition with Skeleton theme soap dish, so it would be fun to make it as a tradition!
For this competition I modelled in Blender Full body skeleton with 6x3mm magnet connection holes. Had to make small changes to positions of the bones - that way they can connect to each other.
I don't like to glue thing , so I modelled it as a “push in place” holes for the magnets.
I siggest to print all parts orientated as original files. I printed in on fdm printer (BLV MGN CUBE) but was not easy job on getting supports out of the chest LOL maby it’ll be fun to print it with SLA printer. Let’s see your makes:)
Just Put the magnet on the hard surface & push the model with the hole facing the magnet in.
Full skeleton has 15 parts (26 pieces of 6X3mm magnets needed) with some real names of bones:
P.S TIP for chest: the most hard part here is the chest because of the supports. Take a duct tape - make couple of rounds around the chest - that way when you'll be working on getting out supports from inside the chest - dact tape will make protection to the ribs.
Enjoy 3D printing & knowledge!
