Prusa i3 MK3S+ default z-screw-covers are easily forgotten and a pain to install after the fact. They're also a little underwhelming compared to the rest of the printer. These replacements put the original thread knobs into a better overall package.

Print and installation:
Print (in whatever material and color you'd like; I used PETG).
Fit larger piece of collar around the z-axis screw, adjusting the thread knobs for a flush fit.
Slid the smaller piece into place, ensuring thread knobs. It should “settle” in tight when the knobs find home and you get both pieces of the collar aligned.
Rotate assembled collar until the top is roughly flush with top surface of z-motor mount and it becomes difficult to adjust by hand.
If desired, make final height adjustments by pushing/pulling tiny holes with the tiny Allen wrench.
