Ikea Expedit / Kallax Shelf System

I wanted to add shelves to my Ikea Kallax, after a lot of looking I designed these.

These are two types of pieces. Front/Center (FC) and Back.

For each box/cube you need to print 8 FC and 4 Back pieces. Once you get an idea, you can adjust as you need.

I have made the files in 3 sizes, Regular, Large and XL

Regular
- 4mm (max) thickness for shelf
- 20 shelf location options
- Space between columns 15cm

Large
- 8mm (max) thickness for shelf
- 12 shelf location options
- Space between columns 14cm

XL
- 8mm (max) thickness for shelf
- 10 shelf location options
- Space between columns 13cm

Shelves
- Shelf A - 32.8x38 cm

I have included cut files for a few sample shelves; use them at your own risk. I recommend testing the available space carefully before cutting shelf panels.

Print Setting Recommendations
- No supports
- 30% infill

Installation
- Use very thin double-sided tape (You don't need it for strength, just to not move)
