Panel Mount for 2.1 Channel Damgoo Amplifier

Since I was unable to find a way to use the existing hardware to panel mount this amplifier, I created these as an alternative.

The clips are designed to slide in from each side and wrap around the standoffs between the top and middle panels. You can use 4 clips - one in each corner, or you can replace the two rear clips with a cleat. The cleat attaches to your mounting surface and has a slot for the lower panel of the amplifier to slide into.

There are three options for each part:

• The standard version includes slots for an M4 square nut and is intended to be attached to the panel from behind.
• The “Top Mount” version has no slots and can be used with any top-mounted M4 hardware.
• The “Countersink” version is also for top-mounting but includes a countersink for your aesthetic pleasure ;-)

The parts should all print without supports - 0.2mm layer height is what I used. Print the clips with the long side facing down. The parts are small, so the bridging required should not be a problem. The cleat should be printed with the slot facing up.
