Description
For my MKIII Baddeley R2D2, I wanted to mount a main power switch in an inconspicous place that was easily accessible.
My main power switch is a 40A, switching circuit breaker from Blue Seas. Unlike many regular circuit breakers that are only rated for a limited number of cycles, this switching breaker is rated for over 10000 cycles, and is much better suited for use as a main power switch.
I decided to mount my switch behind the front wall of the skirt - this would be within easy reach, but not be visible to spectators.
Use the #6-32 mounting screws included with the switch to secure the switch to the printed bracket. Then simply attach the bracket to your mounting surface - the holes are sized for M4 or #4 hardware.
No supports are needed to print this bracket - print it with the large hole facing down. I printed at 0.2mm layer height.
