Heated filament dry box

A remix of RichRap's heated filament dry box https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2778707

…which is another dry box (flat) mount for a heated pad/mat with 6025 axial fan and rounded (43mm) hygrometer+thermometer. 

You will need to assemble and glue the parts together.

You can refer to the images attached for reference.

Instructions:

Print these parts:

1. 1x Front_left_v1
2. 1x Front_right_v1 
3. 1x Back_left_v1
4. 1x Back_right_v1
5. 2x Pin

You will also need these parts:

1. Suitable container as the dry box. I use 35x22x24 cm size container
2. 7W / 12W reptile heat mat/pad size 28x15 cm or 27x15 cm
3. Round hygrometer+thermometer combo size about 42-43mm in diameter
4. 6025 fan
5. PG9 cable gland (for size 5-8mm)

Option #1: Filament spool rod hanger

The hanger is a design remix to fit OD=43mm pvc tube to be used with button head screws.

Hardware required:

m4 x12mm button head screws x6

m4 nuts x6

Optional #2: Filament feed tube merger 6mm

I built a 3 spool dry box with oversized feed tubes (OD=6mm, ID=4mm). This remix to Robinder's original design merges 3 tubes instead of 4 from the original design.

Printed mine with 6.3mm hole diameter for the feed tube but the tube was loose inside the exit hole. Redesigned with 6.2mm hole so hopefully it fit better.

Can be printed without support.

Optional #3: Silica gel (Desiccant) container with sliding lid

This is a container assembly (dove tails, push fit) of 6-parts with mesh (sort of) holes and a sliding lid. 

The container size is 150x55x40 mm.

Every hole is 2mm in diameter so you can use smaller size silica gel / desiccant.

You will need to assemble and glue the parts (front, left, back, right and base) together.
