Description
The LifeSpan TR1200DT is an older generation treadmill for walking desks. It has two leveling feet at the front, which consist of a metal core and a plastic puck. The original ones seem to be cast, and might have been rubbery, but turned rock solid over the years. After a move they crumbled away.
The STL creates a similar-sized puck that the existing metal part can be pushed into for a tight fit. Flex material might be an option to increase grip, but I used ABS to print the part. Use reasonably high infill & outlines, and paint on some support for the internal overhangs.
