Aftermarket Gallagher Fence Reel Planetary Gearbox

Replacement parts for Gallagher fencing reels are expensive and you need to buy a whole set to replace parts even when its just one part missing or broken. So I redesigned the gearbox to be 3D printed to solve this.

You will need to print 3x "Planet Gear" and 3x "Planet Gear Cap"

You will need an assortment of M3 bolts and nuts.

Eventually I want to opensource an entire reel. but when I get around to finishing it is another story ;p

Notes:

I designed these models to not need supports while printing. No angles are sharper than 45 Degrees. Print the part named "Housing Alignment Bracket" with the highest infill you can as this part takes a lot of shear force. I find extra infill helps strengthen this part as apposed to more outer perimeters as the shear force is along the layer lines.
