Dust collection Gate #2

This gate mounts is at the end of a 2" PVC pipe and goes to my Radial Arm Saw. It opens a y that is for a 2P PVC (that goes to the chip collection box at back of saw and a 1.5" PVC pipe that hooks to a hose in the top of the blade guard. It also helps hold itself and the 4" metal pipe behind it to the wall.  

The base of the gate needs to be attached to 2 mounts (because my printer can't print it all as 1 do to size) To attach them and the gate out part I used super glue but then I welded them together. I have a variable temp soldering iron that I set to 368 f and put a smooth tip on to do this. By melting the seems together it is really strong.
