4 inch (100mm) DWV PVC Pipe Bracket

I use 4 inch DWV PVC pipe to connect my various larger tools to my dust collector in my workshop and needed a bracket to be able to securely mount it to my walls and ceiling. 

This bracket  securely fits around the pipe to hold it in place. Where I have vertical runs I have added a TPU "gripper piece" that ensures that there is no movement - this is optional.

I print the bracket in PETG and the gripper is printed in TPU and a couple of spots of super glue mount it in place. I use the Polymaker Polyflex TPU95-HF and I ensure that the “Fill Gaps” setting is switched off in PrusaSlicer to ensure that there is good flex in the gripper.
